1) Legal conditions for purchase from ASD Audit

These currently legal Conditions of Contract regulate the use of the online store of the website https://asdaudit.com for which ASD Auditing Software Distributor is legally responsible, hereinafter, ASD Audit.

2) Applicable regulation

The current electronic contract is concluded under the Spanish legislation and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information society and Electronic commerce services (LSSICE) and General Law 03/2014 for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).

The electronic agreement will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is in Spanish. These current general conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of his internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding the payment of the order.

3) Purchase Process.

Buying at ASD Audit is easy and simple, just follow the steps below:

1º.- Select the courses you wish to get from among those offered by ASD Audit. In the description of the services you will have all the necessary information. If you need to know more about that, you do not hesitate to ask us.

2º.- Once you have selected the courses you wish to buy, you must press the “Register” button, incorporating the course into your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue adding more courses to the cart, or proceed directly to payment.

3º.- Once the selection of courses is completed, a summary will appear identifying the selected articles. Finally, to continue with your order, you must press the “Ordering process” button.

4º.- When you finish your purchase, you have the option to do registering, or make a quick purchase without registration (as a guest user). When you register, you must indicate your contact details and address, and in your next purchases you will not have to enter your details again.

5º.- Finally, you must choose the means of payment for your order from those offered by ASD Audit (see section 4).

5º.1– By the time of processing the registration: You agree to receive invoices for your purchases electronically. (See section 14.1) (See section 14.1)

6º.- Once the order process is finished, ASD Audit will email you detailing the data of that. The shipments of access codes will be sent according to the deadlines indicated in point 4) Activation/Sending of the courses. 4) Activation / Sending of courses

Once the registration and its payment are confirmed, it is processed immediately.

5) Access and Content:

Access to the website is free of charge, except for the cost that the user must bear for the Internet connection provided by his provider.

The use of the website implies acceptance by the user of the conditions stipulated in this legal notice. The user must read the legal notice existing on this website, in each of the visits made to it, since its conditions of use may vary.

10) Language

The contract is formalized in Spanish. The center can translate the contract, the general conditions, the privacy policy or any other operational rule that is published on the website, but the Spanish version will prevail in case of conflict.

11) ASD Audit Intellectual Property

ASD Auditing Software Distributor S.L. has reserved all rights about the brand, trade name and distinguishing signs concerning to the design and content of this website. Specifically, in relation to texts, photographs, images, graphic design, source code, etc.

It is totally forbidden to use all elements object of industrial and intellectual property for commercial purposes as well as their distribution, modification or alteration, without the required authorization of ASD Auditing Software Distributor S.L.

The existing references on this website about any service, link, hypertext, or any other information in which the brand or trade name and other distinctive signs of third parties are used are the property of these.

14.1) Invoices.

17) Taxes, fees and duties.

Sale of services to the Peninsula:

All invoices made by ASD Auditing Software Distributor S.L. are charged with VAT, according to VAT Law 37/1992.

Sale of services to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

The RRP of items with billing address to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and, in general, any country other than Spain, is exempt from VAT according to VAT Law 37/1992, article 20.1.9º and 10º. The price indicated in each article is its final price for shipments to these Autonomous Communities.

ASD Auditing Software Distributor S.L. will not be responsible for the SAD or for import expenses and taxes (ISPI, IGIC), fees or duties generated at the custom office of destination, if applicable.

18) Pricing policy.

Prices are expressed in Euros.

19) Withdrawal.

The student/customer recognizes that the acceptance of the contract/registration involves the immediate execution of the service (online courses, in digital format) and therefore, in accordance with the provisions of article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of consumers and Users and other complementary laws, The right of withdrawal does not apply to this contract.

If the procedures for the beginning of the course have not yet begun, and you want to cancel or modify it, you just have to inform us of the changes you want to make, without this suppose any cost in case that your order has not yet been processed.
